SWI swissinfo.ch is committed to provide trustworthy journalism and combat fake news. SWI swissinfo.ch has been certified for transparent and professional journalism according to the standards of the Journalism Trust Initiative (JTI) since 2021. The certificate enables humans and algorithms to clearly distinguish reliable media outlets.

Corrections
Errors must be corrected immediately and must be indicated as such in a box in the article. Incorrect spellings, typos etc. will be made directly in the article whereby a note highlighting the correction is not required. When readers point out errors on our social media channels, SWI swissinfo.ch reacts swiftly, transparently and objectively. 

Withdrawing or deleting content
If the public requests to withdraw or delete content, the Editorial Board will make the decision and/or seek advice from the SBD’s legal department.
