GretagMacbeth acquires US group
Swiss-based GretagMacbeth has purchased the United States group, McMahon Electro-Optics, for an undisclosed sum.
GretagMacbeth’s business includes the production and distribution of hardware and software for graphic arts, imaging and the ink industry.
McMahan, based in Triangle Park, North Carolina, specialises in light measurement instruments and services used for system development and integration, software development and measuring equipment.
