Getting a peek at rare St Gallen abbey mediaeval documents

An early construction plan of the St Gallen Abbey is being shown to the public for the first time. The 1,300-year old document is believed to be the earliest surviving architectural drawing that exists in the western world. To ensure its preservation, it is on view only for a few seconds, four times an hour. (SRF/swissinfo.ch)
