
Divers scoop tonnes of rubbish from Lake Geneva
Nearly 700 volunteers and 300 divers have joined forces to clean up Lake Geneva. Diving down to the bottom of Europe’s biggest lake, they netted several tonnes of rubbish, from cigarette ends to shopping trolleys and even a hand grenade. (Ed Harris, swissinfo.ch)
