A second life in Africa for Swiss bikes
Swiss bikes are helping Africans to improve their job prospects. In 2016, the Velafrica Organisation shipped out 150 thousand reconditioned bikes, collected from 500 contribution centres around Switzerland. The bikes are reconditioned in 30 different workshops, which employ people who are struggling to find jobs. (RTS, swissinfo.ch)
