
Parents face fines for letting children slack at school
Basel's education bosses want to take parents to task for letting their children sleep on the job. If children regularly arrive late at lessons, appear tired or hungry, and neglect their homework, their parents could face fines of up to SFr1,000. (SF/swissinfo)
