Staying the night in a former prison
Lucerne's jail was built in 1862 and was used as a prison until 1998, when it was turned into a hotel. For 135 years murderers, robbers and conmen served their time here, occasionally trying to escape. These days, tourists can't wait to get locked up! (Julie Hunt, swissinfo)
