Céline joined swissinfo.ch in 2018 as video journalist for the 'Nouvo in English' project, just after graduating from the Academie du journalisme et des medias (AJM) at the University of Neuchâtel. Overconsumption leads to overproduction and in fast fashion’s case a lot of clothes from previous collections are thrown out when the new collection is put on the racks. Some companies have been criticised for burning the remaining unsold clothes: would “slow fashion” solve the problem?
