Plane brings 89 Russian nationals home from Lebanon, foreign ministry says

(Reuters) – A Russian plane late on Thursday brought home 89 Russian nationals, including 34 children, evacuated from Lebanon, the foreign ministry said.

Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova, writing on the Telegram messaging app, said the Il-76 aircraft had landed at Moscow’s Domodedovo airport.
