Queen Elizabeth’s household cavalry band at the Tattoo
The Basel Tattoo got off to a flying start with a spectacular cast including Queen Elizabeth's household cavalry band, the Blues and Royals. It's the first time that a mounted military band has appeared at the event, and nobody was sure how their 30 horses would cope with the long journey, and the loud noises in the arena. It was to be a test of the band members' nerves and riding skills. (Julie Hunt, swissinfo.ch/SF1)
