Are we alone in the universe? Do you think researchers will find evidence of extraterrestrial life?

Which universe are we talking about? The one of which we are in the center? Thinking of the infinite multiverse even our Earth can have multiple alternative copies, not just some different alien planet. Anyways besides the distances, time is also a problem when seeking for life, but sure there are plenty of them somewhere in space and time...
Of course we are not alone in the universe, we would be really presumptuous to think so!
Looking for proof of another extraterrestrial existence?
The mere fact that we are here proves this in itself amply!

The formation of DNA happened under the unique exact environmental conditions that we have on earth.
It is not possible to replicate exactly these same conditions anywhere else in the universe within the time span that earth exists.
Perhaps long after the earth has gone extinct. But that will be in another time frame. Another universe.
It is statistically almost impossible that we are alone in the Universe.
The answer to the second question is obviously positive, and it is not completely excluded that this proof of existence is already known, but we must not forget that the definition of "life" is not so obvious, when it comes to environments very different from ours. Unless we limit ourselves, precisely, to what we know on earth.
After the Copernican revolution, we must prepare ourselves for another one, where human beings will have to accept with humility that they are not alone. And to hope also that certain species, capable of visiting us, and thus necessarily much more advanced technologically than us, will also be respectful of the other species, because the spectacle offered by ours is not very edifying.

La réponse à la seconde question est donc évidemment positive.Il n'est d'ailleurs pas complètement exclu que cette preuve d'existence soit déjà connue .Mais il ne faut pas oublier que la définition même de la "vie" n'est pas si évidente, quand il s'agit d'environnements très différents du nôtre. A moins que nous nous limitions , précisément, à ce que nous connaissons sur terre.
Après la révolution Copernicienne, il faut nous préparer à une autre, où l'être humain devra accepter avec humilité qu'il n'est pas seul. Et espérer également que certaines espèces, capables de nous visiter, et donc nécessairement bien plus avancées technologiquement que nous , le soient aussi dans le respect des autres espèces.Car le spectacle offert par la nôtre n'est pas très édifiant.

We could well spend thousands of years without finding the slightest trace, whereas ETs could have visited our planet before our appearance and could have disappeared afterwards...
We remain in the field of probabilities ... for the moment ...
Les briques de la vie étant présentes partout, dans toutes les galaxies, on peut donc supposer que la vie peut émerger dans n'importe quel système planétaire. Encore faut-il que les conditions de base soient réunies .
Dans ce sens, la formule de Drake ne donne que quelques civilisations potentielles par galaxies et comme les distances sont très grandes , on comprend pourquoi on n'a pas encore eu de contacts !
Un premier pas consiste donc à identifier la vie extraterrestre élémentaire selon des méthodes scientifiques comme celle qui vient d'être expliquée , mais les distances restent l'obstacle majeur pour parvenir à dresser une carte des sources ET vivantes sachant qu'on ne fait que commencer à identifier des planètes extra solaires ...
On pourra bien passer des millénaires sans trouver la moindre trace, alors que des ET ont pu visiter notre planète avant bien notre apparition et ont pu disparaitre ensuite ...
On en reste au domaine des probabilités ...pour l'instant ...
Of course, we are not alone in the universe. Let's just look at our earth. Everything you see on our earth is ensouled, lives and develops further. Subtle beings, angels, celestial helpers/constructors support us every day on our earth. Even in our solar system on other planets there is life. Only we cannot grasp these life forms with our "material" eyes, since everything goes on more subtly. Natürlich sind wir nicht alleine im Universum. Schauen wir doch nur auf unsere Erde. Wir haben eine Mineralreich, ein Pflanzen- und Tierreich und es gibt ein Zwischenreich wo der Übergang vom Tier- in das Menschenreich vorbereitet wird. Alles was Sie auf unserer Erde sehen ist beseelt, lebt und entwickelt sich weiter. Feinstoffliche Wesen, Engel, himmlische Helfer/Konstrukteure unterstützen uns tagtäglich auf unserer Erde. Sogar in unserem Sonnensystem auf anderen Planeten gibt es Leben. Nur können wir diese Lebensformen mit unseren „materiellen“ Augen nicht erfassen, da alles feinstofflicher vor sich geht.
