Swiss design Previous Next Furniture Design: Energy-conscious desk lamp (Lukas Niederberger, Michael Niederberger) Every two years a jury of international design experts awards the Design Preis Schweiz. The competition is open to Swiss designers who are working either at home or abroad, as well as foreign designers working in Switzerland. A total of 300 projects were submitted in 2007 and 38 projects were recommended to the jury. The awards ceremony took place on November 2 in Solothurn.
