Jérôme Bellion-Jourdan is the director of the International Negotiation and Policy-Making Programme at the Graduate Institute's Executive Education. As a diplomat and negotiator for the European Union, he has led complex multilateral negotiations in the United Nations. He was also with the European Commission in Cairo and Jerusalem and served at the ICRC and Amnesty International.
