Ebner to quit as BZ chief
The founder and majority shareholder of the BZ bank, Martin Ebner, is to step down as the bank's head at the end of the year.
Ebner will, however, remain president of the BZ Group Holding Company.
From the beginning of 2001, Walo Frischknecht, will assume the day-to-day running of the bank. He will be assisted by Alfred Böni and Ralph Stadler.
In future, Ebner will be more involved in guiding and developing BZ’s investment portfolio. He’ll also help build up the bank’s asset management business.
Ebner founded the BZ bank in 1985.
