Leading retail chain Migros enjoys the best reputation among the top 50 Swiss companies, according to a market survey.

The Swatch Group came second, while the chocolate maker Lindt & Sprüngli was third in an annual review by the GfK Switzerland market research company.
UBS bank came bottom of the list – as it did last year – and Credit Suisse finished 44th, up five positions.
The Federal Railways and Swiss Post, two state-run enterprises, both dropped in the public’s eye compared with 2009 and came 12th and 22nd respectively.
The survey is based on interviews with 3,400 people about a company’s image, profile, quality, innovation and sustainability. It was carried out in March and April.
