The Känzli car park in the Lorraine district of Bern is to become an official sex zone during the European football championships. Prostitutes will be able to offer services from caravans parked there. Some of the locals are protesting, but the authorities say bringing it out in the open is the best way to keep prostitution in check. (Julie Hunt, swissinfo.ch 2008)
